LUXURY SALON FIT FOR ROYALTY

The ceiling of this salon is extensively decorated with relief designs and is hand-painted to resemble the sky.

FLOWER ARRANGEMENT

In this course, you will learn how to create beautiful flower arrangements to decorate your salon. In addition, you will get the skills to make your own classic 18th-century vase from scratch.

By the end of this immersive course, you will have transformed a humble miniature space into a true masterpiece. A captivating Rococo-inspired salon that exudes the same refined elegance and splendor as the iconic interiors of the French court.

Paneling

Classic French-inspired wall paneling is a timeless design element that can lend an air of grandeur and sophistication to any room. In this comprehensive course, you will learn the techniques to meticulously recreate the beautiful and ornate wall panels that were hallmarks of elegant 18th-century French salons.


Through step-by-step guidance, you will master the intricate process of designing and constructing these decorative wall panels for your own miniature interior spaces. From the initial planning and drafting of the panel layout, to the precise cutting and shaping of the elements, you will develop the necessary skills to faithfully reproduce the ornate moldings, raised panels, and ornamental flourishes that defined French paneling.

LIGHTING FIXTURES

THE CHANDELIER

In this course you will learn how to create a stunning XVIII century chandelier and two sconces in gold and crystals.

Using miniature led lights we will teach you how to make realistic-looking candles and how to connect them to an electrical circuit to light up the room.

The beautiful ornate golden arms of the this chandelier and sconces  will be made using a mixture of techniques.

Various chandelier design options will be provided for you to choose from. In edition , after learning the techniquets you could design your own chandelier and sconces.

3D MOLDING

GOLDEN ORNAMENTS

In this comprehensive course, you'll learn the art of creating your own stunning 3D Ornaments from scratch. This hands-on workshop will equip you with the skills to design and craft beautiful decorative moldings to enhance your walls and ceilings, just like the intricate moldings found in grand, historic palaces.


Through a series of practical demonstrations and guided exercises, you'll master the techniques of 3D Ornaments fabrication. You'll learn how to use a variety of materials, tools, and methods to shape and sculpt your own unique molding designs. 

You'll also explore the art of gilding, as you discover how to apply delicate gold leaf to your moldings. This elevated finishing touch will lend an opulent, aged appearance to your creations.

MARBLE FIREPLACE

The fireplace serves as the central focal point within any room's design. In this course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to construct the structural framework of a traditional French-style fireplace. Additionally, they will learn techniques for painting the fireplace to replicate the aesthetic of various marble colorations and patterns.

ROCOCO

FRENCH DOORS

As part of this course, you will learn to design and create two miniature sets of Rococo-style French doors.

You will be guided through the process of planning the intricate and ornate details that characterize the Rococo architectural aesthetic. This will involve sketching out the door frame, creating the decorative moldings, and carefully applying the delicate flourishes that were emblematic of French Rococo design.

By the end of the course, you will have constructed a pair of beautifully crafted, small-scale French doors that capture the essence of this historic and visually captivating rococo style of architecture.

CURTAIN

TREATMENTS

This Rococo-inspired salon features two magnificent, palace-style curtain treatments framing the French doors. As part of this course, you will learn how to design the elegant and ornate style of curtains, as well as the decorative curtain box that will be attached to the top of the French doors. You will explore various Rococo-influenced patterns, fabrics, and trimmings to create a cohesive look that complements the doors.

Once the curtain design is finalized, the instructor will guide you through the process of properly draping the fabric to achieve the desired fullness and flow. Special attention will be paid to the placement and application of any embellishments, such as tassels, fringes, or embroidered details, which were hallmarks of Rococo interior design.

MARBLE

FLOORING

Learn to create a stunning, custom marble floor for this elegant miniature Rococo salon. A variety of design options will be provided, allowing you to select a style that best complements the Rococo aesthetic of your Salon.

You will be guided through the intricate process of designing the layout and painting each part like marble.

In addition the instructor will show you how to add an aging patina to give the marble a more realistic and vintage look and to apply a sealant to achieve a smooth, lustrous surface that will protect and preserve the floor for years to come.

TEXTURING & WEATHERING

THE FACADE

The exterior of this Rococo-inspired salon is adorned with a wealth of intricate architectural details that contribute to its opulent and visually captivating appearance. As a student, you will have the opportunity to learn how to create all of these three-dimensional ornaments and decorative elements to embellish the façade of your salon.


The curriculum will guide you through the process of making various moldings, pilasters, cornices, and other ornamental features that are characteristic of the Rococo style.

In addition to constructing the 3D elements, you will also learn to apply texture and paint to the exterior surfaces to achieve a realistic stone-like effect. This will involve experimenting with materials and finishes to replicate the weathered, aged appearance of natural stone. The painting techniques will ensure that the finished product has an authentic, historic look and feel, as if the building has stood the test of time. 

FACADE

ROSES & TRELLIS

Beautiful, lifelike roses will adorn the trellis on the façade of this Rococo-inspired salon. As part of the course, you will learn the intricate techniques required to create realistic-looking miniature roses. This skillset will enable you to craft delicate flower arrangements to embellish the interior spaces, as well as climbing rose vines that will cascade gracefully over the exterior trellis.
